Gutters, siding, fences and porches by J. L. Gutters in South Carolina

About J. L. Gutters

A family-run, bilingual gutter, siding, fence and porch contractor in Cassatt, South Carolina.

Our Story

J. L. Gutters is a family business owned and run by Sixto Lopez Gutierrez in Cassatt, South Carolina. It started with gutters — installing seamless gutters and making sure the fascia behind them is solid — and grew by word of mouth, with a simple goal: to be the crew South Carolina homeowners can count on, for this job and the next.

Today we install and repair 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutters and gutter guards, install residential siding, build fences and porches, and take on remodeling projects. We serve homes all over South Carolina — Cassatt, Camden, Lugoff, Elgin, Columbia, Lexington, Sumter, Bishopville, Florence, Rock Hill and the towns in between.

We work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with Saturdays by appointment, and we speak both English and Spanish — hablamos español. Every estimate is free, the price is agreed in writing before we start, and you get 5% off when you sign a contract.

What We Stand For

Reliability

We show up when we say we will, we finish when we said we would, and we keep you updated along the way.

Respect

We treat your home like our own — landscaping, windows and walkways protected, old materials hauled away, and the yard left tidy when we go.

Quality

Gutters pitched to drain, solid fascia behind them, siding hung straight, fence posts set plumb. The details that decide how a home holds up years later, not just on the day we finish.

Community

We live and work in South Carolina, and our customers are our neighbors. Most of our work comes from referrals, and we want to keep it that way — when your home does well, we do well.

Our Mission

Leave every home better than we found it — with the details done properly, not just good on the day we finish. Treat every customer like a neighbor, and earn the next job with the quality of this one.

Our Promise

Honest prices, honest advice and honest work. If something is not right when the job is done, tell us and we will make it right. That is how a small business earns recommendations from its neighbors.
